Since moving into a house with reoccurring HVAC problems for the last 3 years, I've had the opportunity to experience dealing with several local HVAC companies who have only offered expensive bandaid solutions. N&N was recommended by my neighbor since he had his whole house converted from oil heat to heat pumps and he was very happy with the entire process.

Noah and Nathan are great guys. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, they took the time to explain why they recommended heat pumps and were always available to answer any questions I had. I was expecting the price to be exorbitant but was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was. We went ahead and had our entire HVAC system replaced with heat pumps. Our house has never been more comfortable and consistently heated or cooled. Also, our overall heating costs are substantially reduced, with the increased electricity usage being more than offset by no longer needing propane. N&N is super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend Noah & Nathan.

Just to give you the timeline, I contacted Noah on July 9th who responded to me immediately. We set up for Noah to stop by on Friday July 11th. He sent me quotes for two different units on Saturday July 12th and I responded with questions on Sunday July 13th (including asking for a quote on a different unit). Noah responded with detailed answers to my questions and an additional quote on Monday July 14th. After reviewing the quotes with a knowledgeable friend I accept N&N's quote on Tuesday July 15th. They started work on installing the unit around 3pm on Thursday July 17th, picked up at around 10:30am the next day and completed work before 5pm (even with being delayed an hour or two by having a distributor deliver the wrong lineset).

Nine days from initial contact to cool air. All I can say is wow!

Beyond their efficiency, Nathan (who did the actual installation) was super knowledgeable and friendly answering my questions as he worked. He did a great job both in the way the installed unit looks as well as how it works. We had a Mitsubishi Mini split system installed in our semi walk out basement last September, amazing how well this system works, even our feline friends are enjoying the warmth, we should have done this sooner. Noah and his team did a great job with the installation, they showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. I also recently use them for our annual HVAC AC service maintenance, I would recommend them hands down for service and installation. Noah and Nathan did a full switch from oil to air source heat pumps for us in the summer of 2024. We have a large (5 zone) house that burned lots of oil. I had some trepidation about cutting oil out completely, but chose to go ahead with it. We just finished a week where temps were down to 0°F and I am super happy with how the system performed! At 0° we had a couple zones that were one or 2° below set (like 69 instead of 71), but we always felt like we had plenty of heat. I’m yet to see the difference in our electric bill, but I’m very confident we will definitely be saving a lot of money. I’ll try and edit this comment once I have a better sense of the cost difference. Noah and Nathan really educated me and were super to work with throughout the project.
